Dorothy Ann Davis "Dottie" Wright, 62, of Edneyville, passed away peacefully at home, Monday, November 10, 2008.

She was the daughter of the late William Harry and Margaret Alice Huffman Davis. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Billy Joe Davis. She was a resident of Henderson County for 25 years, after moving here from Greenville, SC. She was a member of Dana Baptist Church.

She is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, KW Wright; a son, Kenneth Bradley Wright and wife Dana of Etowah; a daughter, Kristan Marie Carmonne and husband John of Havelock, NC; a grandson, John Landon Carmonne of Havelock, NC; and three brothers, George, Randy and David Davis of South Carolina.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 13, 2008 at 2pm at Dana Baptist Church with the Rev. Dan Blackwell officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:30-2:00pm before the service at the church.
