Irene W. Emerson
Irene W. Emerson, 93, of Lake Pointe Landing, Hendersonville, NC passed away Friday, March 5, 2010 at the Elizabeth House.
Born at Lawai, Kawai, Hawaii, daughter of Frederick Wilhelm Wolf and Helen Bryant Wolf.
She was preceded in death by her husband Leon Cortland Emerson, son Lowell Cortland Emerson, and son-in-law Steven W. Linn.
She is survived by a son, Dwight Byron Emerson and his wife Leesa Mann Emerson of Columbia, Maryland; daughter, Whitney Emerson Linn of Fryeburg, Maine; grandson, Captain Sam Linn and his wife Rebecca of Ft. Lewis, Washington and a great grandson, David James Linn.
No local services are planned.
A private service will be held at the Old Burial Ground, Framingham, Massachusetts at a later date.
