Gail S. Beddingfield
Gail S. Beddingfield, 49, of Zirconia, NC went to be with the Lord, Friday, August 14, 2009 at the Elizabeth House.
She was a native and lifelong resident of Henderson County the daughter of the late James A. Sherman Sr. and Shirley P. Sherman.
Gail loved spending time with her family and grandbabies. She loved the mountains, the Blue Ridge Parkway and Cades Cove.
She is survived by her loving husband of 20 years Jerry Beddingfield; her daughter, Amanda Ledford and her husband Tom of Zirconia; three brothers, Gerry Sherman and wife Kathy of Hendersonville, James "Jimmy" Sherman Jr. and wife Wanda of Flat Rock and Jeremy Sherman and wife Denise of Landrum, SC; her sister, Kristy Beddingfield and husband Roger of Zirconia; two grandchildren, MaKayla and Will and several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held 5:00 pm Saturday, August 15, 2009 at Cedar Springs Baptist Church where she was a member. The Rev. Thad Dowdle and Rev. Shannon Owen will officiate.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the celebration at the church and at other times will be at the home of her daughter.
