WELCOME
Cecial Marie McMahan 81 of Edneyville went to be with Jesus on Friday
June 26, 2009 at the Elizabeth House.
A native of Henderson County she was the daughter of the late Ezekial and
Nora Mae Dunlap. She was preceded in death by three brothers Raymond
Lee, Tommy and Arthur Richard Dunlap, two sisters Dorothy Mae Danford
and Doris Hazel Alexander , one grandson William Brown and one
granddaughter Megan Dawn.
She was a member of Wayside Baptist Church.
Survivors include; her loving husband of 62 years Calvin McMahan, one
daughter Teresa Ruff and her husband Jessie of Edneyville, three
granddaughters Noelle Marie Holbert, Cynthia Louise Swain Woodring and
Debrina Dawn Swain all of Hendersonville, eight great grandchildren, Her
Aunt Callie, and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held Monday at 2 pm at Wayside Baptist Church
with the Rev. Jeff Tankersley officiating . Interment will follow at the
Dunlap Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday from 6 to
7:30pm at the Chapel in the Pines of Jackson Funeral Service.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to; Four Seasons Hospice and
Pallative Care, Elizabeth House 571 S Allen Road Flat Rock NC 28731.
