Green Burial
Green burial is a natural method that returns the body to the earth without burial vault, traditional coffin, or extensive preparation of the body. We offer packages for your convenience to help you select what is best for you and your family. A general price list including all of our prices is available at the funeral home, or we can mail it to you.
All of the following packages include:
- Minimum Services of Funeral Director and Staff
- Video recording for no charge (DVD copy $15.00)
- Creating Obituary and Sending to local newspaper
- All veteran's benefits
- Help filing life insurance
Green Burial Package 1: $1234
Includes:
- Pick up and transport to Ramsey Creek
- Memorial Service in Chapel
- Visitation one hour before
- 150 Service Programs
- 25 Thank You Cards
- Register Book
- Website use
Green Burial Package 2: $850
Includes:
- Pick up and transport to Ramsey Creek
- Website use
- Cemetery fees are not included in any of the above packages.
- Bathing and disinfecting is $110. Which is upon request.
- A body bag is $100-$150 if needed.
- Transportation is calculated $1.85 per loaded mile from Jackson Funeral Service to Ramsey Creek.
