WELCOME
Joanna Eleanor Zurowski Bente, 94, of Hendersonville, passed away on April 2nd, 2009 at Hendersonville Health and Rehab.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter William Bente and a sister, Henrietta Ruff.
She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, loved to travel and hike.
She is survived by her sister, Irene Czarny of Hummelstown, PA a nephew, Mark Czarny and two nieces, Patricia Mooney and Karen Czarny.
A funeral mass will be held 10:00 am Tuesday, April 07, 2009 at the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Tuesday morning from 8:30 am to 9:30 pm at Jackson Funeral Service.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church 208 7th Ave W, Hendersonville, NC 28791 or to Four Seasons Hospice and Palliative Care; 571 South Allen Road, Flat Rock, NC 28731.
Jackson Funeral Service is in charge of the services.
